Requests you can make
- Ask whether personal data concerning you is being processed.
- Request access to or correction of your personal data.
- Request deletion where the legal conditions are met.
- Request restriction or object to certain processing.
- Request portability where applicable.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
How to submit a request
Email contact@purpleorchidgroup.com with the subject OrchidPay privacy request. Please state the type of request and the contact channel or interaction concerned. Do not send passwords, card data, government-ID copies or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Identity checks
Only information reasonably necessary to verify the requester may be requested. The project will not ask for additional identification data merely for the purpose of retaining it.
Local pilot data
The current app uses demonstration data and does not maintain a production customer ledger. Removing the app from the device clears ordinary app-local data controlled by the app, subject to operating-system behaviour and any system-managed storage.
